Proxima Exam Prep — Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to PROXIMA AI EDUCATION PTE. LTD., the operator of Proxima Exam Prep Store, incorporated in Singapore.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund under either of the following conditions:

- You have used the subscription for less than one day (under 24 hours) since purchase; or
- You purchased a subscription but have never logged into your account.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

No Refund After One Day of Use

If you have used the subscription for more than one day, you are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made once usage exceeds 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
- Subscriptions that have been fully consumed or renewed
