Proxima Exam Prep — Refund Policy

This policy applies to PROXIMA AI EDUCATION PTE. LTD., the operator of Proxima Exam Prep Store, a company registered in Singapore.

We offer a pro-rata refund based on the number of days your subscription has been active. If you wish to cancel and request a refund, the charge will be calculated based on the days used, and the remaining unused portion will be refunded to your original payment method.

How it works:

• Refund amount = Total subscription fee − (Daily rate × Days used)
• Daily rate = Total subscription fee ÷ Total subscription days

Example: If you purchased a 30-day monthly plan at $17.99 and request a refund after 10 days, you will be charged for 10 days ($5.99) and refunded the remaining $12.00.

Refunds are not available for:

• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
• Subscription renewals that have already been fully used

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
